What are the office hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on holidays.
What are the access hours?
Access to your storage unit is available from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, 365 days a year, providing you with convenient access to your belongings.
Am I required to store long-term?
No, we offer flexible month-to-month rental options to accommodate both short-term and long-term storage needs.
What unit size do I need?
Unit sizes vary to accommodate different storage needs. Our helpful staff can assist you in determining the appropriate unit size based on your belongings, or you can use our helpful online size guide.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
You are required to provide a lock for your unit. If you don't have one, we offer disc or square locks for sale at our facility for your convenience.
Are there any items that I cannot store?
Items such as liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables are prohibited from storage. Please reach out to us if you have questions about specific items.
Do you provide handcarts at your facility?
We do have 4-wheel handcarts for your use, depending on availability.
How do I pay my storage bill?
You can conveniently pay your storage bill online through our secure payment portal or in person at our office during business hours.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How do I rent a unit?
Renting a unit is easy! You can visit our facility during office hours to speak with a rental expert, or you can rent a unit online through our website.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
You will need a government-issued ID such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID to rent a unit with us.
When can I move in?
You can move in anytime as long as there is a self-storage space available that fits your specific needs.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
Tenants are required to provide a 30-day notice before moving out.
Does someone need to be in the office to let me through the security gates?
No, you can access your unit from 7 am to 7 pm using your personal gate access code.
